Poetry in Motion was a unique collaboration between OPU Collective, local poet and author Giorgos Papakonstantinou, and Cyprus Public Transport. Together, they organized a live poetry reading session on Nicosia’s first electric bus service.

The temporary route was specially designed to connect visitors of Agioi Omologites during the Car-Free Day event to the city center, offering a free and eco-friendly transport option. This initiative was part of a broader effort to create a positive, engaging experience aimed at kickstarting behavioral change in how people commute around the city.  The project celebrated the intersection of art and sustainability, creating a poetic journey for passengers as they traveled through the heart of the city.
